When you contact us, join the team, submit a tryout or RSVP through a connected event page, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, stage name, email, phone number, location, social profile, interests, message, photos and audition video.
We also use limited first-party traffic information—such as pages viewed, a random visitor identifier, referral source and campaign tags—to understand which promotions are working. We do not record private inbox or analytics pages, and browser Do Not Track is respected.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review applications and auditions, coordinate events and services, evaluate campaigns, prevent spam and operate Worldwide-Fame.ENT. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Photos and audition videos
Application media is stored privately and is available only to authorized Worldwide-Fame team reviewers. Submitting an audition permits internal review; it does not give permission for public advertising unless separate permission is obtained.
Cookies and security
First-party cookies help count approximate visitors, remember event votes and protect the website from repeated spam. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, communication, event operations, legitimate business records and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of a submission, email mr.famewwftv@gmail.com.
Age requirements and outside services
Tryout submissions are limited to adults age 18 or older. Event pages may have higher age requirements. Links and embedded media from outside services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the website and services grow. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
